Your job as a trainee is simple: watch, learn and have fun.
To become a fundraising consultant, you must demonstrate your ability as a fundraiser and pass the CNP test. This test ensures that you understand how to do your job responsibly and tactfully.
Most trainees progress to become fundraising consultants within their first two months.
Once you've earned your stripes as a consultant, you'll start to take on more of a leadership role. Fundraising trainers are responsible for training and guiding fundraising trainees.
The campaign manager runs the office. They oversee training, plan meetings and develop campaign strategies.
